We currently ship within the United States only.
PREORDER ITEMS (Binders, Play Mat)
These are small-batch, made-to-order items. Your card is charged at the time you place your order to fund the production run — we don't manufacture speculative inventory. Each preorder product lists a goal (currently 100 units). Once that goal is reached, we place the production order with our supplier and every preorder in that batch ships together. We'll share an estimated ship date on the product page and by email once the goal is hit. You can check the live progress bar on the product page anytime to see how close a batch is to shipping.
IN-STOCK ITEMS (Mousepad, Desk Mat, Tee, Hoodie)
These ship separately from preorder batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your order before it ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once it's on its way.
Once an order ships, standard delivery within the US typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees — occasional carrier delays are outside our control.
