WarCandyTCG is an Indiana-based small business selling trading-card-collecting gear — binders, mats, and related accessories.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We make a good-faith effort to accurately describe and price every product, including preorder items. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price at the time you complete checkout is the price you're charged. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.

3. PREORDERS
Some products are sold as preorders, clearly marked as such on the product page. By placing a preorder, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the time of order, before the item ships, to fund the production run. See our Refund Policy for how preorder cancellations and refunds work.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this Site are the property of WarCandyTCG unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Products are sold as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WarCandyTCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.

7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
